The mission of TCC is to create a globally competitive environment for the chemical industry in Texas in a manner that is positive for the State of Texas and its citizens.  This includes monitoring and sometimes participating in legal actions in Texas or on the federal level in order to preserve a stable and predictable business climate and challenge issues such as lawsuit abuse or unlawful or onerous regulations.
