  •  Identifying opportunities for stakeholder outreach and interaction; 
  • Coordinating education and outreach activities; 
  • Implementing a tracking system for continual improvement in community awareness, emergency response, pollution prevention and security; 
  • Recognizing individual company excellence in the Caring for Texas initiative; 
  • Building a mutual assistance information network.
