Texas Chemical Council accepts into membership companies that:

• manufacture chemicals in Texas; benefit the quality of life for the people of Texas through a commitment to ethical conduct;
• operate facilities in a manner protecting the environment and the health and safety of their employees and the public;
• accept a leadership role in educating and informing their employees, contractors and the public to the benefits and risks, both real and perceived, of the chemical industry;
• make health, safety and environmental considerations a top priority in the planning for all existing and new products and processes; and
• actively participate in TCC activities in support of its Mission.
